AI Blackout

ChatGPT can’t tell people what VideoFold is.

Its website passes every AI-readiness check. Brave ranks it first. ChatGPT still shrugs.

ChatGPT says
“VideoFold may refer to a video-related tool or app, but I couldn’t verify a product with that exact name.”
Then it adds

Three other products with similar names, and: “If you share its website… I can identify the exact product and explain… whether it’s legitimate.”

Asked October 28, 2026: “What is VideoFold?”Supercitation1 AI Blackout Audit

Being readable isn’t the same as being known. AI learns who you are from what the rest of the web says about you. See the full sample audit.

How it works

Ask. Check. See it word for word.

1

We ask

Five AI engines get the questions your buyers ask: what you are, what you cost, and who’s best at what you sell.

2

We check

Every answer is checked against your own website. Wrong, out of date, made up, or about someone else: we mark it.

3

You see

One page with every answer, word for word, and the sources each AI used. Yours to keep and share.

Why it matters now

Don’t get left out of the answer.

AI gives one answer, not ten blue links. If you aren’t in it, you don’t exist for that buyer.

Google showed ten results and people scrolled. ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity write one answer and name a handful of companies. There is no page two.

When AI can’t place you, the buyer doesn’t dig. They pick a name it did give them.

Nobody emails you to say ChatGPT didn’t know who you were. The buyer goes with a company the answer did name, and you never see the lead you lost.

This is Google in 2005. AI is learning who’s who right now.

The companies that got found on Google early held that ground for years, while late movers paid to catch up. AI engines are forming their picture of every company today, from what the web says about them.

We fixed this on our own companies first. It’s new to you. It’s routine to us.

In September, Brave, the search index Claude reads, still listed our domain as the previous owner’s 2023 product. We traced it, fixed it at the source, and within three weeks Brave ranked our real homepage first. Now we run the same playbook for clients.

$265 a month is less than one lost customer. The cost of waiting is the buyers you never hear from.

If one buyer a month picks someone else because AI couldn’t tell them who you are, this pays for itself many times over.

After the audit

54 things. One signature.

We fix what AI reads about you at the source, then prove it: on day 30 we ask the same questions again and put both answers side by side.

  • Your source of truth. One sharp paragraph, your key numbers and how you compare, written the way AI quotes.
  • The listing blitz. 30 to 50 real directories and data sites, all saying the same thing about you.
  • The cleanup. Every page that gets you wrong gets a correction request, with the fix and the source.
  • Citation capture. We find the pages AI cites for your category and pitch you onto them.
  • Search fast-track. Your pages submitted to the indexes AI reads: Google, Bing and Brave.
  • Your film on YouTube. A short film about you, with your name in the title, description and captions.
  • The staff brief. One file your team loads into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, so every new model knows you.
  • The proof. A live dashboard of every email, listing and fix, and the day-30 before and after.
